As an Automation Engineer Intern at Expleo, my role involves supporting the design, development and testing of automation solutions. I work with the team to develop and test solutions that help improve software quality and efficiency.
What has been your most exciting project?
One of the most exciting projects I have been involved in was developing automated test scripts to validate a web application’s functionality. Working with the team to develop and manage the solution showed me how collaboration contributes to effective software testing.
What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
One of the key challenges was learning to understand new systems within a short period of time. I overcame this by studying documentation, exploring the applications hands-on and asking targeted questions.
This approach helped me quickly develop effective test cases and ensure adequate test coverage.
What is it like experiencing your first corporate job
Joining Expleo as an Automation Engineer Intern has been a valuable step in my professional journey. Building on experience gained during a previous internship, this role has allowed me to further apply my technical skills in a corporate environment, collaborate with a talented team and see how our work makes a meaningful impact.
Any advice for future interns at Expleo?
Stay curious and proactive. Ask questions, seek guidance and get involved in projects as early as possible. Do not hesitate to make mistakes, as they are an important part of the learning process.

How has this internship helped you grow professionally?
This internship has strengthened my technical skills and given me valuable experience working in a collaborative environment.
More importantly, I have learned how to manage deadlines and communicate effectively with engineers and other stakeholders. These experiences have helped me develop both technically and professionally.
