A day in the life of an Expleo Agile Coach

Morning
Join the daily ‘virtual’ stand-up with team members and customer representatives from around the world to align on the priorities for the coming day
Mid-morning
Conduct one-to-ones with team members around the world to ensure they have the support they need.
Midday
Lead a ceremony for the team based on our current sprint schedule
After lunch
Have meetings with different stakeholders from across the project to discuss potential challenges.
Afternoon
Further one-to-ones and mentoring sessions with team members
End-of-day
Work on the documentation from recent ceremonies and workshops to ensure that actions are followed up on.
