Be the bridge between business and technology to create effective solutions

Problem-solving and designing efficiencies motivates you and you always have your eye on the bigger picture. You can take a problem and piece together a solution whilst bringing stakeholders along the journey with you. For you, success is most exciting knowing you’ve met the needs of your customer.

You don’t just understand what people are saying, you understand what they mean and what they really need. And you know how to turn that into action, translating that message for different audiences and delivering solutions that leave customers satisfied every time.

A woman with straight, shoulder-length brown hair and blonde highlights smiles at the camera. She is wearing a white collared shirt and a black sweater, standing in front of a plain light background.

My appetite to grow in Expleo as an active contributor to the organisation and as a Business Analyst is matched by the support and opportunity Expleo have provided with the brief time I have been within the company.

Expleo’s Business Analyst Team helps deliver:

A man with light brown hair and a trimmed beard stands indoors wearing a white button-up shirt with a clip-on microphone. The background features two rectangular wall panels, one gray and one purple.

A good business analyst is a good listener; they understand what a person means, not just what they say.

Smiling woman with long brown hair, wearing sunglasses on her head and a patterned top, standing outdoors with greenery blurred in the background.

While I may be a Senior Business Analyst, I work on a lot more because Expleo help you develop into areas that you're interested in, allowing you to navigate and explore different avenues of work
