Tell us about your role and department
I am part of the HR team within Talent Acquisition, supporting recruitment across Switzerland, Ireland and South Africa. My role focuses on creating a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
I assist with sourcing and screening talent, coordinating interviews, preparing candidate documentation and ensuring candidate and employee profiles are accurately maintained.
What has been your most exciting project?
The fast-paced nature of the role has been one of the most exciting aspects of my experience. It has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, pay attention to detail and adapt to different personalities.
It has also helped me improve my time management and become more comfortable working within deadlines.
What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
Juggling multiple tasks while managing candidate expectations can be challenging.
However, this has been a valuable learning experience and has taught me to adapt, prioritise and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
What is it like experiencing your first corporate job
This is my first corporate role, and as someone new to the industry, I have found the experience both exciting and rewarding.
I am grateful to be doing work I enjoy while continuously learning and growing in a professional environment.
