January 2022.
How was your first day at Expleo?
It was exciting. I was intrigued to learn about the interesting and challenging solutions my clients require and how I would be utilising my past experiences to provide architectural solutions for them in my role as a Principal Architect.

What about Expleo do you enjoy the most?
Expleo is an organisation that lets you grow and keeps reminding you how important you are, and this is reflected in so many ways, from client feedback, right through to senior management. I feel my value and experience is appreciated.
What do you like most about your job?
I like the fact we’re growing, and new opportunities are presented, and you can choose where you want to go with your career and the rewards are great. The regular summer camps and seasonal get–togethers are so amazing, and you feel part of the Expleo family.
How did Expleo help you grow your career?
In the last two years I’ve learnt so much and have earnt respect as a trusted advisor which is the result of continued learning and consistently achieving great results.
Do you think Expleo is a great place to work and if so why?
This really is a great place to work and is reminiscent of all the cogs of the wheel working together, impacted by the fact that so many colleagues choose to stay with the company. For me, it’s a great place to work since my efforts are noticed and there are more reasons to stay. Receiving thanks from the MD just puts things into perspective for me.

What advice would you give to other change managers considering applying to Expleo?
Right now, Expleo is expanding and growing in the field of architecture and establishing itself as the end–to–end delivery provider whereby people technology and resources provide the glue to enable an architect to establish themselves as a vital ingredient to the success of the business.
