How was your first day at Expleo?
Seamless – the onboarding process is informative and provides insight into the company, getting your kit set up with IT and manage expectations of what your next steps are and who to engage with within the company.
What's a typical day in the life of a Business Analyst like?
It varies, and that is part of the reason I love my role. The focus is to identify problems, keep asking why,to get to the route cause and working with others to find solutions to resolve the root cause of clients’ unhappiness within their organisation.
What about Expleo do you enjoy the most?
The sense of community, even when working on long projects you still feel part of the Expleo family.
What do you like most about your job?
The opportunity to work with clients across several sectors. Even with nuances to their problems I am still able to apply my skills to identify problems, analyse where and how it is not working and implement solutions.
How did Expleo help you grow your career?
The combination of using my skills in different sectors and Expleo Academy of training has given me the confidence to progress within the organisation and within my role as a Business Analyst.
Do you think Expleo is a great place to work and if so why?
I have found that I get out what I put in. My appetite to grow in Expleo as an active contributor to the organisation and as a Business Analyst is matched by the support and opportunity Expleo have provided with the brief time I have been within the company. This is unmatched to other places I have worked at.

What advice would you give to other business analysts considering applying to Expleo?
Don’t feel that you need certificates coming out of your ears to be successful in your role. The combination of experience and the skills you have pertained whether it’s from training or whilst working in your role is what makes you a great candidate.
