Why did you choose to join Expleo as an Aerospace stress engineer?
Compared to other service providers, Expleo gave me the chance to work on primary structures (Wing and Fuselage) of aircraft and provide solutions for critical problems in the aerospace industry.

How would you describe the culture at Expleo?
We are not just delivering, we are solving some of the critical problems and really have a positive impact on the aerospace industry. I also feel there's a great team spirit. All my co-workers and superiors are actual partners, and we help each other to achieve the goals.

On a day-to-day basis, I try to think one step ahead of our clients and take some technical decisions to bring the best solutions to the problem.
