This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.\n\nThe organisation will not share your data with third parties, unless your application for employment is successful and it makes you an offer of employment. The organisation will then share your data with former employers to obtain references for you, employment background check providers to obtain necessary background checks and the Disclosure and Barring Service to obtain necessary criminal records checks.\n\nYour data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to process as we have Shared Service Teams in other parts of the Expleo organisation. If you agree to allow the organisation to keep your personal data on file in a talent pool, the organisation will hold your data on file for a further maximum period of 12 months for consideration for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed.\n\nIf your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment. If any data that we hold about you is incomplete or inaccurate, you are able to require us to correct it.<\/li>\n \t<li>the right to have information deleted. If you would like us to stop processing your data, you have the right to ask us to delete it from our systems where you believe there is no reason for us to continue processing it.<\/li>\n \t<li>the right to restrict the processing of the data. For example, if you believe the data we hold is incorrect, we will stop processing the data (whilst still holding it) until we have ensured that the data is correct.<\/li>\n \t<li>the right to portability. You may transfer the data that we hold on you for your own purposes.<\/li>\n \t<li>the right to object to the inclusion of any information. You have the right to object to the way we use your data where we are using it for our legitimate interests.<\/li>\n \t<li>the right to regulate any automated decision-making and profiling of personal data. You have a right not to be subject to automated decision making in way that adversely affects your legal rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWhere you have provided consent for use of your data, you also have the unrestricted right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent means that we will stop processing the data that you had previously given us consent to use. There will be no consequences for withdrawing your consent. However, in some cases, we may continue to use the data where so permitted by having a legitimate reason for doing so.\n\nYou can make a subject access request by contacting the Head of Talent Acquisition at Expleo.
