Why did you choose to join Expleo?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I spent three years working in the field with various clients as an automation engineer in industrial design offices. One of the main challenges I faced was the lack of standardisation. So, I took the initiative to create my own automation standard. One day, Expleo contacted me with an unmissable career opportunity: to work as an automation project pilot at the automotive giant Stellantis, while implementing the true automation standard.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How was your first day at Expleo?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Everything went very well because I already had experience as a special machine integrator in the automotive sector. I was responsible for studies, design, and machine control, as well as diagnosing programs and faults. When I joined Expleo as an automation pilot, the transition was smooth, as I’m now managing integrators and fully understand the job requirements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What do you do day-to-day at Expleo?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In short: my days at Expleo involve reviewing suppliers’ technical proposals to ensure they meet our automation objectives. I then guide them towards simple and unique solutions. Finally, I manage suppliers from the study phase to the final project delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What do you like most about your job?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I like meeting diverse people and cultures, also knowing that I’m contributing to the success of the company and brand and, of course, my daily routine is far from monotonous.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Can you describe a particularly rewarding project, your biggest challenge, or a major achievement you've had while working at Expleo?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

One of my greatest challenges, as well as one of the most rewarding projects I’ve worked on, was the creation of a battery workshop for Stellantis France. I played a key role from the supplier alignment phase, ensuring the implementation of suitable technical solutions while gaining expertise in new technologies and integrating innovative approaches. I believe I was among the first to participate in and help launch battery workshops. Currently, I’m in the process of launching the second battery workshop, with two more to follow in Spain.<\/p>\n

Knowing that my work contributes to the advancement of electric vehicle development in the automotive industry is incredibly fulfilling. This project marks a significant step toward more sustainable mobility by reducing the carbon footprint and supporting the growing demands for energy transition and environmental preservation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When I joined Expleo, I quickly had the opportunity to take on more responsibilities by contributing to various strategic projects.
