Can you tell us about your background and what led you to pursue a career in STEM? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I\u2019ve always really enjoyed maths and found I had a natural strength in problem-solving. That passion led me towards studying STEM, as I wanted a career that would challenge me intellectually and allow me to apply analytical thinking in real-world scenarios.<\/p>

I joined Expleo as part of the graduate programme, and from the very beginning, I found it to be an incredibly supportive environment. The opportunities to work on innovative projects and develop my technical skills have been invaluable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What has been your biggest challenge as a woman in STEM? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The engineering and tech industries are still quite male-dominated, and that can sometimes make it feel like you need to prove yourself more. However, I\u2019ve found that building confidence in my abilities and having a strong support network have helped me overcome those challenges.<\/p>

At Expleo, I\u2019ve always felt valued for my skills and contributions. The company actively promotes diversity and provides opportunities for women to take on leadership roles, which has made a real difference in my professional journey.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How has Expleo supported your professional growth? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

One of the best things about working at Expleo is the exposure to different industries and projects. I started in a detailed planning role in the marine sector, which gave me hands-on experience in breaking down complex projects into manageable stages.<\/p>

The graduate scheme has been particularly supportive, offering training, mentorship, and the chance to explore different career paths. Over time, I\u2019d love to move into a more design-focused role, potentially in aerospace, which has always been my area of interest.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What\u2019s been a particularly rewarding project at Expleo?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Working on submarine projects has been a fascinating experience. While my background was initially more aligned with aerospace, I\u2019ve found the marine sector incredibly interesting and full of learning opportunities.<\/p>

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing how small contributions add up to something much bigger. I\u2019ve gained valuable experience in project planning, coordination, and technical problem-solving, which will serve me well in any future role.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How would you describe Expleo\u2019s culture for women in STEM?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Expleo fosters an inclusive and supportive culture. The Women@Expleo initiative has created a fantastic community where women can connect, share experiences, and support each other\u2019s professional growth.<\/p>

Collaboration is a huge part of the company culture, and I\u2019ve found that working in a team-based environment has helped me build strong professional relationships and develop new skills.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
