Can you tell us about your background and what led you to pursue a career in STEM? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I started in technology and have a master\u2019s degree in electronics. After that, I worked extensively with software for the aeronautic, medical, and defence industries. I’ve spent over ten years developing and honing my skills, which has kept me passionate about tech. My journey into STEM wasn\u2019t exactly planned, but I found it to be a natural fit and something I genuinely enjoy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What has been your biggest challenge as a woman in STEM? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In my career, I\u2019ve never felt excluded because I\u2019m a woman. Expleo is incredibly supportive, and there\u2019s a strong culture of diversity. However, one challenge I did face was that in some previous companies, employees would leave after a couple of years, which made it hard to focus on long-term career development. At Expleo, I\u2019ve been able to grow and develop my skills within a stable, supportive environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What attracted you to join Expleo, and how has your experience been so far? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I joined Expleo because I saw an opportunity to grow in a company that values diversity and offers the chance to develop across various industries. The longer I\u2019ve worked here, the more I\u2019ve realised how much Expleo invests in people\u2019s development, and that\u2019s been incredibly rewarding. I\u2019ve been able to diversify my work beyond just aerospace, exploring robotics and medical sectors, which I find very exciting.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Expleo has given me the space to take on leadership roles and grow professionally. I\u2019m part of a team where continuous learning is encouraged, and I\u2019ve had the opportunity to work on projects that challenge me while supporting my personal and career development. Expleo trusts me to take on significant responsibility, which has really helped me develop my leadership skills.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A standout achievement for me was working on a project where we expanded our team to include more women in STEM. The team grew significantly, and I was proud to be part of the effort to increase diversity in a field where women are still underrepresented. It felt great to contribute to this change at Expleo, and I look forward to continuing this work in the future.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My advice would be to trust in yourself and your abilities. Don\u2019t let anything hold you back, whether that\u2019s doubt or societal expectations.
