It was <\/span>absolutely fine<\/span> because I<\/span> had<\/span> been contracting with them <\/span>for <\/span>probably five<\/span> or six years previously, so I knew exactly what I was getting into.<\/span> I was already working onsite with <\/span>Airbus <\/span>when the transition <\/span>happened<\/span> and it went <\/span>smoothly.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I start my day by checking our email traffic, then I attend our daily team meeting, which forms my daily comms. This is the opportunity for the Manufacturing Engineering team to highlight any issues, also it allows me to share information with the team and assign tasks for the day. <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

From there we have built the team up with a variety of personnel with mixed disciplines. As a result of this, a<\/span>n<\/span>d some <\/span>h<\/span>a<\/span>r<\/span>d<\/span> w<\/span>o<\/span>rk<\/span>, <\/span>I\u2019m<\/span> now splitting my time as Engineering Team Leader and Capability Lead for ME.
