But <\/span>also,<\/span> I’ve<\/span> had the chance to grow the team and <\/span>last year we were<\/span> successful in winning the <\/span> Game<\/span> Changer A<\/span>ward<\/span>.<\/span> It’<\/span>s<\/span> a huge win for me personally because I always knew that there <\/span>was<\/span> a strong <\/span>recruitment <\/span>team <\/span>but<\/span> winning th<\/span>is<\/span> award<\/span> has given my team the recognition they deserve.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
