A typical day at work
My days are usually centered on client engagement.
- Meetings: Team stand-up to map out the rest of the day, client stand up for a daily update, follow-up calls with business reps and 3rd parties.
- Ensuring all our plans are continually aligned to the client needs for all our agreed QA activities
- Daily reporting to client stakeholders.

How would you describe Q/A management to a 5-year old?
It is all about assisting with change. The world is always moving forward and we are part of that journey. Pretty exciting, right?

What do you like the most about being a QA manager?
Consultancy brings plenty of opportunities to work in different environments, in different markets, and with different people. Not for everyone, but this is exciting for me!
