A typical day at work
- I write down my tasks for the current day and try to achieve them all.
- I talk with the team I coordinate to see how they are and what they are doing.
- I talk with the teams on the projects on which I am the Scrum Master to check the status and blocking points.

Why did you choose to join Expleo ?
I joined the team when I was in my second year of college, and I decided to take a summer job that offer me the challenges and the experience I need at the beginning of my career. I chose Expleo because the projects I heard made me curios to see how I can leave my mark on something which bring impact into the world.

How would you describe the culture at Expleo?
There are three main aspects that I like about the Expleo culture. The first would be about the Focus the company has on people. We are supported and encouraged to develop continuously. The second aspect is related to the impact I have in the projects I am a part of but also in the team. We are encouraged to come up with proposals and they are considered. The third aspect must do with the team or teams that I have been a part of until this moment. Here people are open to communicate and help each other.

What interests/excites you about Digital?
I have been working in the field for almost 5 years, but since I have been in the Digital Expleo team, with each new project I work on, I discover how complex this field is. I like to see how we manage to deliver solutions for different customer "problems" and the satisfaction is immense. I find it fascinating that for any problem, with the right team we can deliver the final product, even though each request is completely different.
