What do you like the most about your role in business analysis?
Being a Business Analyst is a very varied role and can change a lot depending on the client you are working with (which I love). The role allows me to work with many different teams and groups of people, both within Expleo and at our clients. I feel that I can always learn new skills and grow in my role as a Business Analyst.

Do you think Expleo is a great place to work? Why?
Yes – I think Expleo is an amazing place to work! I joined Expleo during the lockdown, which felt a bit risky at the time but can now say it has been the best decision I’ve made for my career. Expleo provides many opportunities to grow and learn and puts a massive effort into making the community and social side incredibly fun. It really makes a massive difference. I see myself having an extensive career at Expleo because they have made it a place where I want to be.

How would you describe the culture at Expleo?
I would describe the culture at Expleo as very collaborative and engaging. There is an incredibly open flow of communication between all levels within the business and numerous opportunities are provided to allow us to grow as employees, which makes me feel invested. Everyone works together and has a real sense of community. There is plenty of opportunity with like-minded people through employee community groups such as the Wellbeing Warriors and Brand Ambassadors, which I am proudly part of.

I have been given the opportunity to attend Lunch and Learns, Training Courses, Innovation sessions and completed Certifications – all of these have helped expand my knowledge as a Business Analyst and in turn, have helped me to grow and progress in my career.
