Why did you choose to join Expleo as a Q/A manager?
Although I wasn’t necessarily looking for a move at the time, Expleo made me feel wanted throughout the recruitment process and I had a good feeling early on in the interview. I could see that there was a real collaborative and friendly work environment - and that has proved to be the case. It made the decision to join a no-brainer for myself and my family. I haven’t looked back since.

How would you describe the culture at Expleo?
At Expleo, you really matter as a person. Senior Management and People services ensure you are looked after and there are many great initiatives like birthday hampers, seasonal working hampers including t-shirts, hoodies, water bottles mugs and many other items!

How did Expleo help you grow your career in QA?
I got promoted after less than 2 years in Expleo which showed trust in me from an early stage in my career here. It's also nice to feel you deserve something and be rewarded at the right time.
