In September 2008, I began my first role at the company as a Test Manager. I was made to feel very welcome following an insightful conversation with an Expleo employee and after a good interview, my journey at Expleo began. I connected with the company from the start, it really came across that they cared about their employees and considered the client placements that I was given.

After 12 years at Expleo, I have progressed to a more senior role as a Client Engagement manager and benefited from additional training and support. Coming from a predominantly testing and test management background I was glad that Expleo gave me the opportunity to up-skill and develop in a more relationship based role.

I get to work with so many talented people who share knowledge through collaboration, and we are all focused on the same goal. Our success is a real team effort, and that makes it a great place to work.

I am really proud of the work I did for a leading UK retailer because we helped them to successfully execute their biggest project to date. We helped the retailer by making it more convenient to purchase groceries for their customers and we also created a new revenue stream.

Working on a project from start to finish is really satisfying

In each of my assignments, projects and accounts, I have continuously been encouraged to develop myself and strive to keep moving forwards. I have gained valuable experience at each level, all skills which have helped me perform my current role as a Client Engagement Manager. I take this responsibility seriously, as the success and growth of the account rests largely on my shoulders. However, this is made a lot less daunting as I have the support of numerous colleagues to make it work. Its great working in a place where I can really make a difference.

Our greatest asset are our people, and working at Expleo I get to meet and work with fantastic people every day which also want to make a difference. You have the opportunity to advance your career and push it as far as you are willing. At Expleo a productive working environment exists, which has fuelled my desire to succeed and develop my career thus far…but I’ve not finished yet!
