How does a day look in your role?
My day involves balancing the execution of scheduled processes, identify and resolving issues, and developing new processes or handling client-driven change requests as needed. Our processes span several departments within the client’s company (e.g., sales, customer operations, finance, regulatory, networking), so maintaining a fine balance and keeping the business owners of each department satisfied is key. My work is fully remote and self-directed—with the projects process driven by strategies I establish.

What do you enjoy most about Expleo?
The opportunities it offers. Before joining Expleo, I wasn’t in the tech field —I transitioned into it as a mature college graduate in my 30s. Seven years on, I’ve become a highly specialised expert in the RPA field. This growth is thanks to Expleo’s confidence in my abilities and the opportunities they’ve given me to develop professionally.

What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy the variety that consultancy brings. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with four different clients, each with unique cultures, challenges, tools, and ways of working. These experiences have allowed me to build valuable soft skills that I carry from one client to the next. Specifically, within the RPA team, there’s a particular satisfaction in solving problems—it’s like cracking a really good puzzle.
